有人雄心勃勃，有人做事适可而止，这就考虑到成功愿望的问题。我的成功愿望一般主要是体现在：做事有特定的目标和方向，愿意承担一些责任；面对新的尝试，往往会参照以前的经验和方法来进行；对任何事的要求不高不低，这样也许会让人感到自在些，而不至于压力过大。我的影响愿望较高，希望提高自己的影响力，也非常在意自己在别人心中的地位。
兴趣：兴趣是最好的老师，它可以充分调动人的潜能，提高工作效率，发挥自己的才干，是保证职业的稳定性和工作满意度的重要因素。职业兴趣是人们对某种职业或工作所报态度的积极性，是有关职业偏好的认识倾向。
平时的'我更关注自己内心的变化，在闲暇时会更多的去进行阅读，或者打篮球。我认为这样的话符合人们所说的劳逸结合。还有自己也对计算机有比较浓厚的兴趣，我觉得现在随着电脑的普及不懂计算机的就是新的时代文盲，在平时学些常用的办公软件（word、excel、ppt等）的应用，相信对未来的工作会又不小的帮
助。这是我的生活兴趣。而我工作的兴趣是组织和处理数据，固定的、有序的工作或活动，希望知道工作的具体要求和标准，愿意在一个大的机构中处于从属地位。喜欢能充分发挥新颖独特想法的工作，需要自由的环境和别人的支持。
能力：能力是指影响活动的效率、使活动顺利完成的个性心理特征。通常把能力区分为一般能力和特殊能力。
一般能力指的是常人所拥有的能力，即思维能力、观察能力、语言能力、想象能力、记忆能力、操作能力和创造能力。现在正处于学习阶段，一些特殊能力可能还不能用于实践中，如专业的科研能力、社会知觉能力、人际关系的协调能力。而一些简单的如打字、驾驶等还是能应付的。另外我觉得自己对新经验的开放程度还是挺大的，也比较有干劲，吸收新事物的能力也比较强。
自我定位
不同的岗位对人有不同的要求。找到适合的岗位会让自己如鱼得水，更好地施展自己的才能。
我觉得自己适合在人际友好、环境轻松的氛围中与各式各样的人一起工作。喜欢一份充满乐趣，富于挑战的工作，会更好的发挥自己的灵感和创造力，希望重复性、程序性、常规性、琐碎的事物在工作中别太多。
对于自己想发挥独立的想法，我认为自己可以从事销售、小企业经理、顾问等工作。倘若我从事这方面的工作的话，将来可能出现的挫折和困难有：经验不足、没有多大的人脉关系等，这些问题或许可以在今后的生活中多积累一些，为将来的事业做准备。
